A safety policy only works with 100% buy-in, so we designed our second app, LIBERTY SAFETY, with careful attention to eliciting full participation from every single employee. Fill-in-the-blank FLASH cards mindfully engage employees before work begins. Specific checklists regarding safety gear, equipment, and awareness of one’s surroundings must be completed at each step of a project. Individual and crew Job Safety Forms are mandatory. As each employee fills out his or her safety reports, the database updates instantly, keeping us — and you — in the loop at all times.
